Suzuki's all new Ertiga MPV is all set to launch in India soon. The new variant was showcased at the Indonesia International Motor Show recently. The latest generation Maruti Suzuki Ertiga comes with variety of changes in its design, dimensions and a powerful engine.

Know 10 Key Things About Upcoming Suzuki Ertiga
1) Looks: The new generation Maruti Suzuki Ertiga's fascia includes a chrome detailing on its new hexagonal grille while the angular headlamps gets projector lens.
2) Body (Front): The front bumper sports a C-shaped housing for fog lamps, the new bonnet comes with a muscular creases along the hood.

3) Body (Rear): Rear is quite inspired by Honda WR-V with the tail lights in L-shape(LED based) and rear windscreen is a bit raked. Interestingly the license plate gets chrome detailing as well while the rear bumper is redesigned for a sleekness.
4) Interiors: The second-gen Ertiga gets a new dashboard - is now divided in half by a faux wood insert running across the length. The AC vents spans the entire length of the dashboard while the infotainment system is a floating one.
5) Other features: Ertiga is loaded with amazing features such as 6.8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, manual AC with roof-mounted rear AC vents, push-button start, rear parking sensors, height adjustable driver’s seat, electrically adjustable and foldable ORVMs and a tilt adjustable steering.
6) Tyres: MPV looks quite muscular due to the new 15-inch 185/R65 alloy wheels.
7) Dimensions: There is a signficant improvement in its overall length by 99mm and stands at 4,395 mm, while the width increases by almost 40mm at 1,735 mm and the height is increased by just 5mm at 1,690 mm. The wheelbase is at 2,740 mm.
8) Ground Clearance: The 7-seater MPV has a ground clearance of 180mm.
9) Engine: The new generation Ertiga is powered by all latest 1.5-litre K15B, DOHC, VVT petrol engine that produces max power of 104hp and peak torque of 138NM, coupled to a 5-speed manual transmission and a 4-speed torque converter automatic gearbox.
10) Seating Capacity & Safety: MPV will come in 7 seater capabilities. Ertiga gets dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, vehicle stability control and ISOFIX child seat anchors.

The Ertiga in India is very popular MPV and is quintessential to middle class family with more than 4 members. The new Ertiga aims to bring exciting facelift and refreshing interiors. We strongly believe that it is going to do very well in India. The launch and pricing is not confirmed as of now but the launch may be sooner than later.
